This role is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the IT function within the organisation. This role drives the execution of the IT and data governance strategy, ensuring compliance with best practices and relevant regulations while keeping abreast of emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation across the IT function.
This includes leading continuous improvement efforts within IT systems, processes and services to enhance performance and support organisational growth along with the following key responsibilities:

A salary range between EUR 5,381 - 6,726 (excluding 8% holiday allowance) per month (based on a 40-hour work week), job level 19. The job level is evaluated based on IDH's methodology; the successful candidate will be placed within the range depending on relevant work experience.
